Image: Your Chef Network Campaign

The first project (above) I'd like to show off is the campaign design recently published for Your Chef Network, a company recently started by renowned chef Gaël Lecolley. The client wanted a fresh new look that would appeal to the discerning culinary connoisseur. Insights Design created this attractive campaign, including the logo which has been well received and gotten props from many associates in the business. Insights Design also created the business cards, and the visual design of the web site to further the unique brand image created. In collaboration with SB Innerweb Development, the web site was launched in February just in time for the wedding season ramp up. Gaël Lecolley specializes in catering, training, and all things delicious. Check out the web site for more info about what Gaël is up to, view some of his scrumptious creations and menu items.

Emilio's Restaurant Web DesignNext up is a Santa Barbara landmark for the culinary crowd. Emilio's Restaurant also recently contracted with Insights Design to update a campaign that was stuck in the nineties.

Emilio's PostcardsWithin the course of a couple of months, the campaign was created and is now being launched. The menus were redesigned for readability in the ambient low lighting and updated with some amazing new dishes.

Emilio's is now offering a great value Monday through Wednesday with their Prix Fixe menu, an exquisite 3 course meal for only $29. Hallmark dishes are created by master chef Pete Clements that include Crusted Salmon, Cambozola Cheese and Butter Lettuce Salad, and many other incredible dishes. In addition to redesigning the menus, a new web site design was created, along with a campaign of ads and attractive post cards for marketing and promotion.

If you haven't been there, you owe it to check the place out and experience the restaurant. Heck, if you send me some new projects, I'll take you there personally, order for you, and demonstrate the quality and value of this Santa Barbara gem. They have a level of cuisine and service that I can really get behind.

sCool Food Needs Assessment ReportMy final update revolves around the s'Cool Food Initiative. You may have seen some of the ads and collateral around town, on busses or vans. This is a great cause, an organization dedicated to teaching school kids the value of making healthy eating choices for life. The program strives to educate students and food service staff from local area schools on how to choose fresh ingredients locally, and make things from scratch rather than resort to processed food. Insights recently produced the s'Cool Food Initiative Needs Assessment Report that outlines the progress and needs for the program. Check it out and read the report if you're interested in helping reform the school food system.

Stay tuned, more fun projects are on the way;-) If you don't want to receive my updater emails, just hit reply and ask for removal from my list of associates to keep updated.
